We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting business decisions through the effective use of data, ensuring that our organisation remains competitive and informed.
Duties
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
Utilise SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant data sets for analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Assist in database design to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of data.
Create detailed reports using Visio to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Employ project management skills to oversee data-related projects from inception to completion.
Use Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis tasks as required.
Engage in business analysis to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
Domain expertise in Healthcare, Insurance & Logistics is an added advantage.

• Contribute to agile methodologies across functions, setting standards across the function and ensuring these standards and methodologies are followed
• Work with Service Owners and Delivery Managers to ensure requirements are effectively scoped, split and prioritised
• Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of requirements and user stories for the service
• Understand and analyse the business domain by developing models to articulate the data needs
• Contribute to the definition of success metrics and support mechanisms for monitoring data through the life cycles of services
  Experience.
• Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of statistical methods and tools.
• Proficiency in SQL is essential; experience with database design is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Power BI for creating interactive visualizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Python programming is advantageous for handling complex data tasks.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Previous experience in business analysis or related fields would be beneficial.
• Certifications in Scrum/Product Owner is an added advantage.
