Project Analyst

A Project Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of projects by providing data-driven insights, risk assessments, and performance tracking. They work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning & Support
    1. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    1. Monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
    1. Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and planning tools.
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting
    1. Collect, clean, and analyze project data (e.g., costs, timelines, KPIs).
    1. Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
    1. Track performance metrics and highlight trends or areas of concern.
  3. Risk Management & Problem Solving
    1. Identify potential project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
    1. Perform impact assessments for project changes or delays.
    1. Support issue tracking and resolution processes.
  4. Process Improvement
    1. Recommend process improvements based on project learnings and performance analysis.
    1. Contribute to the development and refinement of project methodologies and best practices.
  5. Stakeholder Communication
    1. Assist in preparing communication materials, reports, and updates for stakeholders.
    1. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews as needed.
